Due in large part to designated hitter Joe Posluszny, the Texas (Rk+) Rangers sunk the Missoula Osprey, 5-3. Posluszny was 1-2 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Andre Williams closed the door for Texas (Rk+), picking up his 2nd save of the year. The first-place Rangers have a record of 20-9.

Posluszny had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a first pitch fastball from Jordan Abrego, he banged a 3-run home run to right-center, giving the Rangers a 3-0 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Posluszny.

"A great game, a great day," said Posluszny about the win. "I can't complain."
