The Billings Mustangs got production from their entire lineup in an easy 13-1 win over the Grand Junction Rockies. Doing his part was left fielder Jose Licano. Licano went 3 for 5 with a home run, 2 doubles, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 4. Scott Reynolds, the winner, is now 3-2. He struck out 5 and walked 2 over 7 innings, while allowing 1 run on 3 hits. The win elevated the Mustangs to 26-13.

With Billings leading 2-1 in the bottom of the sixth, Licano hit a fastball from Jose Rodriguez for a 2-run double. It was his 4th double of the season and put the Mustangs ahead, 4-1.

"That was not our best effort," said Grand Junction skipper Nick Hatfield.
