The Great Falls Voyagers topped the Texas (Rk+) Rangers, 8-2, in Pioneer League action at Centene Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Great Falls pitcher and Kansas City, Missouri, native Matt Teegarden. Great Falls is now 26-21, Texas (Rk+) 30-18.

In the bottom of the first inning, catcher Andy Cook had a 2-run double for Great Falls. It was his 13th double of the season and put the Voyagers on top, 2-0.

"We looked pretty good up and down," said Great Falls manager Harry Andreotta.
