The performance of Rodolfo Navarro proved critical in helping El Paso beat Round Rock, 4-1. The Chihuahuas center fielder was 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. The last-place Express have dropped 8 straight games.

Navarro had a game-changing double in the top of the seventh. On a 2-0 sinker from Nelson Duran, he banged a run-scoring double to right-center, giving the Chihuahuas a 2-1 lead. It was the 5th double of the year for Navarro.
