The Salt Lake Bees knocked off the El Paso Chihuahuas, 13-5, at Southwest University park. John Herron hit 1 single and 1 double, while driving in 3 runs. The Bees move to 27-21 with the win, while the Chihuahuas drop to 25-22.

Ignacio Ramirez had a key at-bat with one out in the top of the fourth for Salt Lake. With the bases loaded and the Bees leading 4-3, he grounded out, driving in 1 run.

Salt Lake manager Aaron Hunt was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys went out there and put good wood on the ball," he said.
