The Great Falls Voyagers picked up a win at Centene Stadium, knocking off the Helena Brewers, 3-1. Starting pitcher Jessie LaPere played a key role in the triumph. LaPere got the win, improving to 1-0. He gave up 4 hits and walked 2 over 7 innings. He allowed 1 run. Franklin Otero locked down his 2nd save.

Dennis Thomas helped out the Great Falls cause in the bottom of the second inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the right fielder was 1-2 with a hit by pitch.
