Jordan Dominates RailRiders
Monday, September 1st , 2098
An efficient outing for Steve Jordan usually means a win for the Syracuse Chiefs and today was no exception. The 25-year-old right-hander held the Scranton WB RailRiders to a long line of goose eggs. He struck out 7 and gave up 5 hits in the 2-0 shutout.
"Steve really got it done out there today," said Syracuse manager Ernesto Miramontes.
In 21 starts this season Jordan has crafted a 10-9 record with a 3.76 ERA.
