Grizzlies Friesz No-Hits Aces Saturday, April 8th , 2113 It was a fantastic day for Fresno Grizzlies starter Rich Friesz and a lousy day for the Reno Aces. The Fresno hurler's pitching artistry completely befuddled and bewildered the Aces, as the Grizzlies cruised to a 13-0 win. When it was all over, Friesz was credited with one of the rarer feats in baseball -- a no-hitter. "The ball was moving and darting, and best of all, going where I wanted it to go," Friesz said later.
