Solis Shuts Out Reno, 12-0 Thursday, July 21st , 2107 In an excellent mound performance, Victor Solis of the Albuquerque Isotopes blanked the Reno Aces, 12-0, on a 3-hitter. "I had my best stuff and did a good job of mixing up my pitches," he said after the game. In all, the Albuquerque hurler rang up 8 strikeouts and 1 walk in the shutout win. "We just didn't swing the bats well today," said Aces manager Jose Heredia. "Solis did a good job keeping us guessing." This year, Solis has compiled a 8-7 mark with a 4.06 ERA.
