Green Sizzles, Arkansas Fizzles Sunday, August 31st , 2098 Springfield Cardinals starter Matt Green really did a number on the Arkansas Travelers today, shutting them out 7-0 on 4 hits in a complete game victory. He issued 2 walks and had 5 strikeouts. "We didn't have good at-bats," said Arkansas manager Josh Morris. "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Green."
