Missions Heading to Round 2 Tuesday, September 16th , 2110 The San Antonio Missions and Frisco RoughRiders held nothing back in an entertaining Round 1 that went the distance. In the end, it will be San Antonio advancing to the Round 2, after a 4-3 triumph in the final game at Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium, to wrap up the series 3-2. The Missions players celebrated jubilantly in their clubhouse after the game, while the scene was one of dismay on the opposing side for the RoughRiders. Jordan Baeza was named series MVP for San Antonio. For the series, Baeza hit .333 with a .478 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 2 runs. The San Antonio Missions will play against the Northwest Arkansas Naturals in the next round. Northwest Arkansas won their series against the Tulsa Drillers 3 games to 1.
