Tortugas Lead with Chin, Get KO'd, 16-0 Wednesday, August 21st , 2097 Today was Manuel Vasquez's turn in the rotation for the St. Lucie Mets and he made the most of it, shutting out the Daytona Tortugas on 2 hits. The 24-year-old right-hander led the Mets to an easy 16-0 victory, allowing 5 walks and tallying 19 strikeouts. "I hope we miss him next time," Daytona manager Justin Rollins said. "Vasquez certainly pitched a strong game against us today. He was in a groove, throwing everything for strikes. Throwing hard. Changing speeds."
