Acosta sparked the Timber Rattlers to a 12-2 triumph over the Cougars by going 4-for-5 with 3 runs batted in and scoring 3 runs. "I was seeing the ball great today," Acosta said. "I'm glad it translated into results on the field." Jose Acosta tripled in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Austin Lubert in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 6th and grounded out in the 7th.
