Delmarva Wins Round 1 Sunday, September 11th , 2112 Seth Morris said his Delmarva Shorebirds simply weren't ready for the season to come to an end. "We told ourselves we were winning this series no matter what," he said, shortly after being named the Round 1 MVP, following a 5-4 win at Municipal Stadium that officially eliminated the Hagerstown Suns, 3-1. Morris said his team is "confident and ready" for the Round 2. The Delmarva Shorebirds will play against the Lexington Legends in the next round.
