Peterson Stymies Black Bears Monday, August 25th , 2098 Russell Diethrick Park played host to a command performance by Kevin Peterson of the Mahoning Valley Scrappers. In shutting out West Virginia 16-0, Peterson limited the Black Bears to 5 hits. The 21-year-old hurler also fanned 10 and walked 2 in capturing the victory.
