Franco Sparkles in 2-0 Shutout Saturday, September 6th , 2098 Marco Franco of the Eugene Emeralds shut down the Tri-City Dust Devils 2-0 on a 2-hitter, holding them scoreless while ringing up 12 strikeouts and allowing 2 walks. After the game Franco said, "Guys have been fouling off a lot of pitches lately and I've been getting into too many deep pitch counts, but I'm pleased with the way things went today.
