Indians Heading to Round 2 Wednesday, September 17th , 2098 The Spokane Indians "proved we can handle pressure" by beating the Round 1 and eliminating the Eugene Emeralds, according to series MVP Danny Luna. "This is the big stage, we're off to the Round 2 and looking towards the Round 3," he said. "There's a lot of pressure at this time of year and it's only going to get more intense from here. But I think we can handle it just fine." Spokane won the final game 3-1, to wrap up the series 3-1. Luna led his team to the series win by putting up a .375 average, with a .412 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 3 runs. The Spokane Indians don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Milwaukee (SS-A) Brewers - Hillsboro Hops series. Milwaukee (SS-A) leads the series 2 games to 1. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes.
