Nick Combs Injured, Out for Season Monday, July 20th , 2111 The season is finished for Nick Combs of the Cincinnati (AZL) Reds. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Reds starting pitcher suffered radial nerve compression while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the San Diego (AZL) Padres. Team doctors said it would take at least 6 months to heal. |
