White Sox Heading to Round 2 Sunday, September 7th , 2110 Ernesto Esparza sparked his Chicago A (AZL) White Sox past the pesky Los Angeles N (AZL) Dodgers in a closely-contested Round 1. Chicago A (AZL) topped Los Angeles N (AZL) 8-4 at Camelback Ranch to decide the series, 3-1 For his efforts, Esparza was rewarded with the series MVP trophy for his .500 batting average, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. "You never want to leave anything on the field," Esparza said. "You never want to miss a play of defense you could have made, or give up an extra base you could have gotten, because in a series this tight you never know what you'll need to win."
