Dodgers Move on to Round 2 Sunday, September 9th , 2108 A.J. Stevens said he didn't even realize how well he had been playing in the Round 1 until he was shown his own statistics. The Los Angeles N (AZL) Dodgers left fielder put up a .500 average with 0 home runs, 0 RBI and 3 runs scored, enough to earn him series MVP honors. It all added up to his Dodgers advancing to the Round 2, with a 3-1 series win over the Chicago N (AZL) Cubs. "I didn't really pay attention to the numbers or my stats at all as we went along," he said. "I'm just so focused on trying to help the team win, that's it." The series victory had become official with a 4-2 triumph at Holman Stadium. Even if Stevens is not paying close attention to his stats, the rest of baseball certainly will be keeping an eye on him as the playoffs continue. "I like to be under pressure and think I respond well to it," he said. The Los Angeles N (AZL) Dodgers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Chicago A (AZL) White Sox - Kansas City (AZL) Royals series. Kansas City (AZL) leads the series 2 games to 1.
