Hard work, long hours and a tireless resolve paid off for him today in the form of the Arizona Rookie League Most Valuable Player Award.

Means hit for a .425 average while collecting 96 hits, 31 doubles, 1 triple, 11 home runs, 54 RBIs and scoring 49 times.
