Super Swinger -- Sanchez Slams 5 Hits Monday, September 7th , 2111 It was a parade of hits for Joaquin Sanchez of the Billings Mustangs at Dehler Park. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Sanchez finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Mustangs to a win, 21-13. "Sanchez was really good and we were really bad," groaned Voyagers manager Harry Andreotta. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Joaquin Sanchez singled in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Jeff Thompson in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, walked in a run in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and flied out in the 8th.
