Mustangs Heading to Round 2 Tuesday, September 15th , 2111 The championship aspirations of the Billings Mustangs are still alive and well, while the Philadelphia (Rk+) Phillies are left to wait until next year. Billings won the clinching game of the Round 1 9-3 over Philadelphia (Rk+) at Ballpark of Seymour, to win the series 3-1. "You feel like a little kid again, celebrating something like this," said third baseman Jarred Dwyer, who paced the Billings offense and was named series MVP. "We take everything real seriously when we're on the field, but after a series is over you can finally relax a little bit." Dwyer claimed the MVP by racking up 11 hits for a .611 average, with a .632 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, 5 RBI and scored 9 runs. The Billings Mustangs don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Orem Owlz - Seattle (Rk+) Mariners series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece.
