Mustangs Win Round 2 Sunday, September 27th , 2111 The Billings Mustangs and Orem Owlz put on a classic Round 2 that was in question until the final game. In the end, Billings won the deciding contest by a score of 7-1, to take the series 4-3. "It doesn't get much tighter than that. To win a series in the last game is a thrill," said Joaquin Sanchez, who earned series MVP honors for Billings. "Our guys are breathing a little easier now." For the series, Sanchez hit .312 with a .312 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 11 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Billings Mustangs will play against the Ogden Raptors in the next round.
